Ballet is an excellent and fun way to improve posture, develop core strength and improve flexibility. So whether you want to revive a talent you had as a child, or have never done ballet before these classes will awaken your inner Fonteyn/Nureyev!!
Due to the classes popularity we are running Adult Ballet three times a week:
- Monday 9.50-11.05- Full!
- Tuesday 19.00-20.15
- Friday 19.00-20.15
These classes are open to students of all abilities in ballet. Our teachers tailor the exercises to the standard and ability of the students in the class.
