Following the Scaravelli method this Hatha style yoga focuses on using breath and gravity to create a strong and supple spine. It focuses very much on each individual working with their body, without force and therefore without pain. It creates a natural flow and leads to the correct alignment of the spine, and thus increased flexibility and mobility taught by Annie Breckell.


Yoga classes run:

  • Monday evening 19.00-20.15
  • Wednesday morning 09.30-10.45
